How London Paragon College Limited collects, uses and protects your personal information.

London Paragon College Limited, Swarn House, 300 High Street, Acton, London W3 9BJ. Registered in England and Wales, company number 08158751. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration ZA068671.

Information we collect
When you make an enquiry or enrol we collect your name, contact details, the course you are interested in and any information you provide in your message.
On enrolment we may also collect information required by the awarding organisation, including your date of birth, address, prior qualifications and identity documents.
For Construction NVQs we collect evidence of your work, which may include photographs and written statements from your employer.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and arrange your course.
To register you with an awarding organisation and enter you for examinations.
To maintain the records that awarding organisations and regulators require us to keep.
To contact you regarding your course while you are studying with us.
Lawful basis
We rely on contract where we are providing a course you have booked, legal obligation where we are required to retain records, and legitimate interests where we respond to your enquiry.
Photographs and video
We publish photographs and video of identifiable individuals only with their written consent, and with the consent of a parent or carer for anyone under 18. Consent may be withdrawn at any time and the material will be removed.
Who we share it with
Awarding organisations and examination boards, where we are registering you for a qualification.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
Retention
Enquiries which do not result in an enrolment are deleted within twelve months.
Learner records are retained for the period required by the relevant awarding organisation and are then deleted.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not required to retain it, and object to how we use it.

If you are dissatisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
